Service Description
Book a one on one training session where we help your employee integrate the knowledge and understanding of accepting leads, tracking them, and implementing them through to "awarded" clients. Your employees will learn the process, how to implement it in your system, and how to train future employees. Your second session will be booked during the first session, so no further payments or bookings are required from you after today.

Cancellation Policy
We know all to well that life happens, especially if you are a solo entrepreneur. If you need to cancel, you may do so up to 12 hours prior to the meeting for a full refund. Of you are less then 12 hours from the appt a Credit Coucher will be issued for a future session. Refunds are processed if an error was made in booking, but may take a week to reflect on your account. Otherwise Credit Vouchers for future sessions will be issued and arrive within 48 hours. If you need to reschedule: you may do so with up to 1 hours notice. You will receive a credit for a future appt and no refunds are given.
