From frontline roles to strategic management, she developed a deep understanding of why small businesses stall—and how to fix it. Her work focuses on bringing clarity to chaos, aligning structure, systems, and leadership to create businesses that are not only scalable, but sustainable.
Through the Taiyo Wave, Kim has translated that experience into accessible, practical solutions that empower business owners to transform without overwhelm or excessive cost. Rooted in the principles of clarity, structure, systems, leadership, and independence, her mission is simple: make high-level operational excellence achievable for those willing to evolve—driving growth, balance, and long-term impact.

Director of AI and Business Technologies
As the Director of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Business Technologies, I oversee multiple teams of professional developers, AI Engineers, and Project Managers who manage a portfolio of AI-enabled, cloud-based, and on-prem applications. With over 25 years of experience in leading teams in agile environments, I am passionate about creating great software experiences that empower our clients and staff.
My core competencies include technical design, coding standards, architecture, project management, and technology decision making. I also hold an MBA, a PMP, and a CSM certification, which enable me to align business and technical goals, optimize processes, and deliver value. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new solutions, and mentor my team members. My mission is to leverage my expertise in AI, .NET, Angular, Azure, and GitHub DevOps to drive innovation and excellence for our clients.

Operational Architect Associate
Sharmae brings a unique blend of creative thinking and operational logic to the team, making sure systems are not only well-designed but also easy to implement and sustain.
Within the Taiyo Wave, Sharmae plays a key role in supporting operational flow—designing workflows, improving processes, and ensuring that every idea is aligned with simplicity, functionality, and long-term efficiency.
Outside of work, she loves music, singing, and spending time in nature, reflecting her calm and creative personality that brings balance to her structured, systems-driven role.
